Donald Blank, a graduate of the University at Buffalo, has made several documentaries about commercial fishermen in Bristol Bay since 1987. Two were broadcast on PBS. His first photography book is called “People I Don’t Know”, which includes photographs made in Buffalo, New York. His next book, “Who Killed the Pebble Mine?” was published in 2017.
